Submission Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in contributing to the CLI Quarterly Magazine. We welcome submissions from writers passionate about customer centricity, marketing, events, community, customer experience and success. We appreciate those who wish to share their knowledge, data insights, and experience with our readers.

Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth submission process:

Submission Process:

  1. All submissions must be submitted via the form below
  2. Include your contact information (name, email address)
  3. Attach your article as a Word document or Word-compatible document.
  4. If you have any accompanying images or graphics, please attach them in high-resolution JPEG or PNG format (300 DPI).

Article Requirements:

  1. Articles should be between 1200-2500 words in length.
  2. Content should be well-researched, informative, and engaging.
  3. We encourage original articles that have not been previously published elsewhere.
  4. Ensure that your article is formatted correctly, with clear headings and subheadings.
  5. Please use inclusive and respectful language throughout your piece.
  6. Include a short author bio (50-100 words) at the end of your article and one relevant link
  7. Include a professional headshot in high-resolution JPEG or PNG format

Copyright:

  1. By submitting your article to the Community Leaders Institute, you confirm that the work is original and does not infringe upon any copyright or other rights of any third party.
  2. The copyright of the article remains with the author.
  3. However, submitting your article grants the CLI a non-exclusive license to publish and distribute the article in any format or medium, including digital and print.

Editorial Review:

  1. All submissions will go through an editorial review process.
  2. Our editorial team will evaluate articles based on their relevance, quality, clarity, and overall contribution to the community leadership field.
  3. We may edit the content for grammar, style, and clarity, but substantial changes will be discussed with the author.
  4. We aim to provide feedback and notify you of the status of your submission within two weeks.

Acceptance and Publication:

  1. If your article is accepted for publication, we will contact you with further instructions and an estimated publication date.
  2. Once published, we encourage you to promote your article through your own networks and social media platforms.
  3. We may also feature your article in our email newsletters and other promotional materials.
